INVITATION FOR BIDS OFFICE OF THE SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE (CIVIL DIVISION) SARGODHA

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. This procurement is divided into six distinct categories covering a wide range of operational requirements. The scope of work includes Lot I for general stationery items like paper and registers, Lot II for computer stationery, Lot III for cleaning and hygiene supplies, and Lot IV for staff uniforms including pants, shirts, and shoes. Additionally, Lot V involves machinery items such as 1.5-ton DC inverter air conditioners and water dispensers, while Lot VI focuses on IT equipment including 1200 VA UPS units and webcams. The total combined estimated cost for these supplies is approximately 7.7 million Rupees. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals separately for each lot via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. All bids must be accompanied by a 5 percent call deposit of the estimated cost and must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026.
