The Health & Population Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive Framework Contract for Procurement of Office and Lab Management Items. This procurement process is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for the fiscal cycles of 2025-26 and 2026-27. Interested and eligible firms are required to submit separate technical and financial bids electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System. The scope of the contract includes the provision of essential office supplies and laboratory management materials for the department's operations at Birdwood Road. All participating bidders must be registered with the EPADS portal, as manual hardcopy submissions will not be entertained for this tender. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and eligibility criteria are available for download from the official departmental and PPRA websites. All proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on the closing deadline of 15 May 2026.
