Providing/Replacement of existing LED lights with up-graded new LED lights at WIP Route Islamabad Highway from Sohan to Gulburge Bridge

The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the replacement and up-gradation of existing LED lights along the WIP Route Islamabad Highway from Sohan to Gulburge Bridge including interchanges. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 92,148,371/ with a required bid security of Rs. 2,764,450/-. Bidders must be registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council License category C-4 with relevant codes EE-04 and EE-06, possess an electrical license issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad, and have active FBR NTN and GST registration. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system on or before 18 May 2026 at 11:30 AM, and the electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Director (P&CA-II), CDA Secretariat.
