The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of essential medical supplies for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is divided into two primary categories covering disposable items for the Cath Lab, Stroke, Paeds, and Electrophysiology Departments, as well as laboratory and pathology items. These supplies are intended for both the main institute in Rawalpindi and the NSCC Samli Murree facility. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments and are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal. A bid security amounting to two percent of the estimated price in the form of a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bidding documents containing detailed quantities and terms are available free of cost on the official PPRA and RIC websites. All electronic submissions must be completed by 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day.
