Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Food, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, KPK invites Expressions of Interest from eligible and qualified Private Aggregators for participation in the Hybrid Wheat Procurement and Strategic Reserves Policy 2026[cite: 8]. This strategic initiative involves the procurement, storage, financing, and need-based release of wheat reserves to ensure food security across the province[cite: 8]. Interested entities must submit their electronic applications through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-Procurement System (EPADS) following the detailed eligibility criteria and terms outlined in the RFP documents available on the KPPRA website[cite: 8]. The project focuses on leveraging private sector expertise to manage strategic wheat reserves efficiently under government oversight[cite: 8]. All interested applicants must ensure their electronic submissions are completed via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026[cite: 8].
