Description / Scope of Work
The Special Security Unit (SSU) of the Sindh Police in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible firms and original manufacturers for the procurement of various plant and machinery items for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive procurement includes high-capacity equipment such as 100 KVA, 50 KVA, and 5 KVA generators, along with essential office technology including photocopier machines and ID card printing systems. The scope further extends to operational security gear such as CCTV camera systems with accessories, drone cameras with combo sets, photography cameras, and 25 HP boat engines. For administrative comfort, the tender also covers the acquisition of thirty inverter air conditioning units in 1.5 ton and 2 ton capacities. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit their proposals through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security for each lot. The final deadline for electronic submission via the EPADS portal is 2:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with the formal opening of bids scheduled shortly thereafter at the SSU Headquarters
