The Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites bids from well-established and economically sound parties for the provision of cafeteria services at the university campus. To be eligible, bidding firms must have at least three years of experience in catering and cafeteria services at a corporate, commercial, or educational level, with a demonstrated capacity to serve at least 5000 customers daily. Applicants must be active tax filers registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Services Tax Departments. The procurement will follow a single-stage two-envelope method, with evaluation conducted per PPRA Rule 38-A. A minimum estimated annual rent for the cafeteria is set at 2,460,000 Rupees, requiring a five percent bid security of 123,000 Rupees in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at 11:30 AM to assist interested parties. Sealed bids must be submitted to the purchase office by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, and will be opened publicly the same day at 11:30 AM
