The Multan Electric Power Company in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable catering firms or contractors for the provision of cafeteria services at the MEPCO Headquarters and Regional Training Centre. This procurement aims to establish a high-quality food service operation that caters to employees and residents for a period of one year, with potential for extension based on performance. The scope of work includes the daily preparation and serving of a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, as well as snacks and beverages, adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards. Interested bidders must demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience in the catering industry and possess valid registrations with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Proposals must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, including a bid security of 50,000 Rupees. The technical evaluation will assess the bidder's staffing, hygiene protocols, and past performance. All finalized technical and financial bids must be delivered to the office of the Director of Procurement no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026
