The Buildings Division Muzaffargarh in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed bids for major construction projects in District Kot Addu under the ADP for the year 2025-26. The scope of work involves three significant infrastructure projects: the construction of the Deputy Commissioner Residence, various facilities within the Judicial Complex including a Record room, Bar Hall, Post Office, and Masjid, and the construction of the Office Building for the Deputy Director Development. These projects carry a combined estimated cost exceeding 430 million Rupees, with individual completion timelines ranging from 18 to 24 months. Interested contractors must provide earnest money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost for each specific work. All bidding must comply with PPRA Rules, specifically requiring item-rate quotes rather than overall percentages. Bidders are required to sign and stamp every page of the DNIT and follow the official units of quantities derived from the MRS. Technical and administrative oversight is provided by the Executive Engineer in Muzaffargarh and the Superintending Engineer in Dera Ghazi Khan.
