Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Kasur, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the framework contract for the procurement of IT items, machinery items, uniforms, computer stationery, and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested and eligible general order suppliers, manufacturers, and suppliers are invited to submit their e-bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess active NTN and GST certificates. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted using the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. A bid security equivalent to 3% of the total estimated cost in the shape of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee must be submitted in favor of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Kasur at least one working day before the deadline. The closing date and time for bid submission is 19 May 2026 at 12:00 PM, after which the technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day. Samples for specific items, including uniforms, must be submitted by 11:30 AM on the same date.
