Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-tenders for the supply of various communication training equipment and office hardware. This procurement includes a diverse range of items such as fourteen HP 4003dn printers, three Epson Color 3250 multi-function printers, twenty Acer 1123 multimedia projectors, and twenty-five 1KVA UPS units. Additionally, the tender covers specialized equipment including eleven HP ScanJet Flow 5000 S5 scanners, manageable Layer 2 switches, twenty-four 24-inch LED displays, smart boards, and a Canon image runner photocopier. Bidders are required to provide comprehensive training for five PN personnel and ensure a standard one-year warranty on all hardware. Participation is open to original equipment manufacturers or their authorized representatives who are active taxpayers with FBR. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) at the Naval Residential Complex E-8 no later than 10:30 AM on 21 May 2026. Bidders must include the required earnest money deposit, calculated based on their registration status with the DGDP.
