Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers for the procurement of spares required for repair and rebuild of gunner sights. The tender is issued under PPRA and MoDP rules on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis with a delivery period of twelve months after contract signing. Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, along with pre-qualification or indexation letters from HIT, DGP, MoDP or government organizations. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and firms meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document.
Bidders must submit supporting documentation including attested copies of registration certificates, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the preceding year, attested CNIC of the CEO or Director, trade links with OEMs for distributors or agents, a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 confirming the firm is neither blacklisted nor suspended by any government organization, and documentary evidence of contracts executed with government or semi-government organizations in the last three financial years. A postal order of Rs 2,000 in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate must accompany the technical bid as processing fee.

Sealed bids must be submitted by 17 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 hours at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila Cantt.
