Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge in Swabi, KPK invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding for the procurement, supply, service, and installation of various equipment for the District Courts Swabi. The tender requires the submission of technical and financial bids using a single-stage two-envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD) and in hard copy. Items to be procured include network points, a Logitech web camera, desktop computers, 1 KVA UPS with batteries, sound mixers, microphones, LEDs, wall speakers, and fiber internet connections. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and hold an active FBR and PEC registration. A 5% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) payable to the Chairman Procurement Committee must be submitted by 26 May 2026 before 09:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM. Interested bidders may download the bidding documents from the KPPRA or EPAD websites, or obtain them physically from the Accounts Branch of the District & Sessions Judge's Office in Swabi.
