Description / Scope of Work
The Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the hiring of an event management firm under a framework contract for the 2026-27 financial year. This procurement is intended for the management of conferences and seminars with a total estimated bid amount of 450 million Rupees. Eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers must be duly registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities, and tax departments such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA. The bidding process will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All interested participants must submit a 2 percent bid security amounting to 9 million Rupees in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Electronic bids must be successfully uploaded through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in Gulberg III, Lahore.
