Description / Scope of Work
The Kohat University of Science and Technology in Kohat, KPK invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding from authorized sole distributors, dealers, or firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of coaster tyres as per KPPRA rules 2014. Interested and eligible bidders must submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Additionally, a sealed hard copy of the bid, along with a 2% earnest money deposit, must be submitted to the office of the Secretary, University Purchase Committee (Procurement Cell). The tender form fee is non-refundable and can be paid via bank draft or directly into the specified Habib Bank Limited (HBL) account. The closing date and time for bid submission is 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, and technical or financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Senate Hall of KUST in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
