Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Air) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites e-Bids for the supply of various equipment, spares, and services across multiple tenders. The procurement includes equipment for the ICR/GOH Facility of Jet Engines, HPOCC Spares, equipment for the School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, WAN equipment, kit items for MPDR, and main and nose tyres for aircraft. Additional requirements encompass the stitching of blue uniforms, a bronchoscope, a blood component separator/refrigerated centrifuge, and gas liquid oxygen. Interested firms, including those un-registered or un-indexed with DGDP, must submit their proposals in accordance with the standard bidding documents available on the official Pakistan Air Force website. Bidders must provide a treasury challan, proof of financial capability, and an agency agreement with the OEM if applicable. Sealed bids and proposals must be submitted electronically or physically before the specified deadlines, with various opening dates starting from 18 May 2026. Late, incomplete, or conditional submissions will be rejected, and the firm past performance will be strictly reviewed for evaluation.
