Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office supplies and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of the tender includes five main categories: stationery, I.T. equipment, hardware, plant and machinery, and furniture and fixtures. This procurement process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b). Eligible bidders must be reputable firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPPRA, and must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. A bid security of two percent of the quoted value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026 at 11:30 AM to clarify specifications, and stationery bidders must bring samples for evaluation. All bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids being opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
