Description / Scope of Work
The Special Security Unit (SSU), Sindh Police in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of various plant and machinery items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of procurement includes a wide range of equipment such as three photocopier machines, an ID card printing machine, and multiple generators ranging from 5 KVA to 100 KVA. Additionally, the tender covers 30 inverter air conditioners, high-end drone cameras, photography gear, audio recorders, a comprehensive CCTV camera system with accessories, and a 25-horsepower boat engine. Eligibility is open to firms registered with relevant income and sales tax authorities who are not blacklisted. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified for each lot in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 02:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with the formal opening scheduled for 03:00 PM on the same day.
