Description / Scope of Work
The District Judiciary in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids from experienced manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors for the supply of various IT equipment, hardware, and plant and machinery items. This government tender includes the procurement of 50 branded desktop computer systems with Core i5 13th generation processors, 40 LaserJet printers with a speed of 38 PPM, and 30 high-speed document scanners. Other requirements include branded LED screens, CAT-6 cable rolls, and water dispensers with mini refrigerators. Interested firms must be registered with KPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Bids must be submitted using a single-stage two-envelope procedure both online via the EPADS portal and through hard copies. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of a call deposit. Proposals will be evaluated based on a 100-mark technical and financial scoring system. Successful bidders are expected to provide a one-year warranty and two years of maintenance service for the delivered items. The deadline for physical bid submission is 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
