Description / Scope of Work
The Jinnah Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids for a comprehensive framework contract regarding the procurement of general, linen, stationery, printing, building, and IT store items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is conducted under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) as well as with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The procurement scope covers a wide range of essential hospital supplies to support administrative and clinical operations. Bidders are required to provide a 2% bid security of the total estimated cost in the form of a Bank Draft, CDR, or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal. The deadline for submission is 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
