The Jinnah Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various reagents and diagnostic equipment on a reagent rental basis for its Pathology Department for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes a comprehensive range of laboratory requirements such as Routine Chemistry, CLIA-based Immunoassays, semi-automated ELISA, Hematology, and Blood Gas Analysis systems. The project operates on a specialized model where contractors provide state-of-the-art analyzers and supporting hardware like UPS and RO plants at no cost, charging only for the kits and reagents consumed. The total estimated cost across multiple categories exceeds 470 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid professional experience in hospital diagnostics. All submissions must be made through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically and should include a two percent bid security of the estimated cost for the quoted items.
