Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids from eligible authorized dealers or distributors for the procurement of laptops and related accessories. This tender is being processed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income and Sales Tax and maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayer List. Detailed bid solicitation documents, including technical specifications, required quantities, and evaluation criteria, are available for download via the EPADS portal and the official academy website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 16, 2026, at the academy premises to address queries. Interested firms must upload scanned copies of their technical and financial proposals along with a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft. The deadline for electronic submission and the delivery of the physical bid security is 11:00 AM on May 23, 2026, with the public opening of bids occurring shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM
