Description / Scope of Work
The Jinnah Hospital Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of a framework contract regarding medical devices, surgical dressings, X-ray materials, medical gases, and various surgical instruments for the financial year 2026-27. This extensive procurement includes a wide range of essential hospital supplies such as coronary balloons, drug-eluting stents, various mesh sizes, syringes, and specialized surgical kits. The bidding process is being conducted under a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant tax authorities. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal. The deadline for the online submission of bids is 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
