Description / Scope of Work
The Jinnah Hospital Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive framework contract regarding the procurement of medical devices, surgical dressings, medical gases, X-ray consumables, and various surgical instruments for the financial year 2026-27. This extensive procurement includes a wide array of specialized items such as coronary drug-coated balloons, heart stabilizers, mechanical valves, laparoscopic equipment, and general hospital disposables like syringes and bandages. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant tax authorities. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility is open to original manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals. A bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items is required in the form of a Bank Draft or Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
