Description / Scope of Work
The AJK Power Development Organization in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals from eligible firms for the procurement of consultancy services. This significant infrastructure project involves conducting a feasibility study and the preparation or vetting of engineering designs for the Kasorkot-Talawari Hydropower Project located in the District Jhelum Valley. The selection process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) criteria in line with AJK PPRA Rules. Interested consultants or joint ventures must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category to be eligible. The scope includes technical and financial proposals, with a required bid security of 180,000 Rupees. Request for Proposal documents can be obtained until 19 May 2026 for a non-refundable fee. Final proposals must be submitted to the Deputy Director of Planning no later than 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 12:30 PM on the same day.
