Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various essential services and supplies for the fiscal year 2024-25. This large-scale procurement is divided into multiple categories, including the supply of dietary items for patients, laundry services for hospital linen, and the management of a tuck shop and canteen through a lease agreement. Additionally, the hospital seeks specialized services for the maintenance of medical equipment, transport of oxygen cylinders, and the provision of janitorial services to ensure a sterile environment. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with the KPPRA rules. Bidding documents containing specific terms, conditions, and performance requirements for each category can be obtained from the hospital administration office during working hours. All completed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee.
