The Power Development Organization in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites Expressions of Interest from reputable and experienced consultancy firms for the hiring of consultancy services related to renewable energy projects in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The scope of work encompasses conducting detailed feasibility studies, preparing environmental and social impact assessments, and providing technical engineering designs for various hydroelectric and solar power initiatives. Qualified firms must demonstrate a strong track record in the energy sector and possess the necessary technical expertise and financial stability to undertake large-scale infrastructure planning. Eligibility requires valid registration with relevant professional bodies such as the Pakistan Engineering Council and a proven history of similar project completions. Interested consultants must submit their comprehensive proposals, including firm profiles and key personnel qualifications, to the office of the Managing Director. All technical and financial submissions must be delivered in accordance with the guidelines specified in the EOI document no later than the deadline of 22 May 2026.
