The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced event management firms for the establishment of Model Sahulat Bazaars across various locations in the province. This government project aims to enhance market infrastructure and service delivery through professional event management and site establishment services. The procurement process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and maintain an active taxpayer status.
