Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of electronic items, CCTV cameras with accessories, and an integrated video conferencing system for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of advanced surveillance equipment and communication technology to enhance the authority's operational infrastructure. Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least three years of active registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and provide a 5% bid security of the estimated price for each applied lot. Bidding documents must be signed and stamped by an authorized person and submitted along with audited financial statements or bank statements from the last three years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026 to address technical queries. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the PSPA office by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening of technical bids commencing at 11:30 AM on the same day.
