Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Lodhran, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office supplies for the financial year 2025-2026. This tender encompasses a wide range of essential items including high-quality stationery, printer toners, and miscellaneous office goods required for the smooth operation of the civil courts. Interested reputable firms, authorized dealers, and suppliers who are registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to five percent of the total estimated budget for each category. Detailed bidding documents containing complete specifications and terms of delivery can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge. All sealed bids must be delivered to the procurement office no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, where they will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
