Description / Scope of Work
The Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a variety of repair, maintenance, and special renovation projects across the districts of Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin. This extensive procurement includes critical infrastructure works such as the special repair of judicial complexes, maintenance of government residential buildings, and the renovation of various public offices. The scope of work involves civil engineering tasks, structural repairs, and routine maintenance designed to ensure the longevity and safety of public facilities. Interested contractors and firms must be pre-qualified or registered with the Communications and Works Department for the current financial year. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Detailed documents containing specifications and estimated costs for each individual project can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer.
