Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineering Services in Kamra, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF. This procurement project involves multiple individual works and lots with estimated costs ranging from approximately 3.015 million Rupees to 4.000 million Rupees each. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and appear on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E. Applicants are required to submit their credentials and applications for the issuance of tender documents, which will be scrutinized based on relevant field experience and special conditions. All participating firms must certify that they are not involved in any active litigation with government departments. Technical and financial considerations must comply with PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. Sealed tenders must be received by the office of the Garrison Engineer Air Minhas no later than 11:30 AM on 02 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
