Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Air Force Air Headquarters (Directorate of OSINT) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement and provision of special contingency items. This tender process is being conducted based on a single stage - two envelope bidding procedure to ensure transparency and quality in the supply of necessary contingency goods. Interested and eligible bidders can obtain the official tender documents directly from the Air Headquarters starting from 05 May 2026. All bids must be formally prepared and reach the Air Headquarters no later than 1100 hours on 20 May 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of representatives. The Directorate of OSINT, located in Sector E-9, Islamabad, maintains the right to reject all proposals on technical grounds in accordance with PPRA Rule-33. Applicants are encouraged to verify all item specifications and delivery requirements detailed in the tender package before submission.
