Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for an annual framework contract for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive procurement includes several lots: IT equipment (Lot-1), machinery items (Lot-2), office stationery (Lot-3), printing and publications (Lot-4), computer stationery (Lot-5), general store items (Lot-6), and the repair of furniture (Lot-7). The tender aims to ensure a steady supply of essential materials and maintenance services for the district judiciary. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must maintain an active filer status. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the single-stage, two-envelope procedure for technical and financial evaluation.
