Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, KPK invites sealed bids from eligible firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various items for the financial year 2025-26. This extensive tender is divided into six distinct lots, covering stationery, hardware, I.T. equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and transport including motorbikes. Procurement for stationery follows the Single Stage Single Envelope method, while the remaining technical lots are conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the FBR and KPRA, and maintain an active status on the taxpayer lists. A bid security is mandatory as specified in the bid solicitation documents. Successful vendors will be responsible for the delivery of brand-new, defect-free items to the court premises, including providing samples for quality verification prior to final acceptance. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
