The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced consultancy firms for the establishment of multi-purpose sports complexes at various districts across the province. The scope of this significant development project includes comprehensive planning, architectural design, and detailed construction supervision to ensure international standards in sports infrastructure. Bidders must demonstrate a strong track record in managing large-scale civil engineering projects and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council as well as relevant tax authorities. The procurement follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Punjab Procurement Rules, emphasizing both technical excellence and financial efficiency. Detailed Request for Proposal documents, containing specific project locations, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the IDAP headquarters upon payment of the non-refundable fee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to ensure a transparent selection process.
