The COMSATS University Islamabad Wah Campus in Wah Cantt, Punjab invites sealed bids for the provision of professional canteen and cafeteria services. This tender follows the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules. The university is seeking experienced catering firms or individuals who can manage and operate the campus dining facilities to high standards of hygiene and service. Interested bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess the necessary technical expertise for food service management. Detailed tender documents, which include the specific scope of work and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the university's procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,500 Rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and reach the university no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives. The university reserves the right to reject any or all proposals based on technical evaluation as per established government procurement regulations.
