Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Immigration & Passports (DG I&P) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the procurement of corrugated boxes for the financial year 2026-27. This tender, reference No. 8/5/2026-27/CB/Log, is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Reputable firms and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or respective Revenue Boards for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and who are listed on the Active Taxpayer List, are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit an original bid security amounting to Rs. 720,000 to the Directorate before the deadline. The successful bidder will be required to demonstrate their production capability and supply the boxes in four equal installments throughout the financial year. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and terms are available on the EPADS portal. All electronic bids must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
