Description / Scope of Work
The Taraqee Foundation (TF) in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids from registered firms, manufacturers, general order suppliers, and distributors for the supply of specialized Tool Kits. The procurement includes tool kits for female hand and machine embroidery, tailoring, carpet and gillum, arts and crafts, and leather embroidery, as well as carpet weaving looms (Khaadi) with complete accessories. Bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. A 2% bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or demand draft is required. Bidding documents can be collected from the TF office in Chaman Housing Scheme or downloaded from the official website. Sealed bids must be submitted to the TF Office by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and the bid opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation where lowest price is not the sole criteria.
