The Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized water treatment chemicals required for its HVAC plant operations. This national-level tender is specifically for the supply of high-quality chemicals designed to maintain cooling towers and associated systems, preventing corrosion, scaling, and biological growth. Reputable manufacturers and authorized suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, are eligible to participate. The bidding process is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must provide technical specifications of the chemicals and demonstrate a proven track record in supplying similar industrial chemicals. Complete bidding documents, including detailed evaluation criteria and technical requirements, are available via the EPADS portal. All electronic proposals must be submitted through the system no later than 10:30 AM on 22 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
