Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS portal (Version 2.0) for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material under Tender No. 278. The materials offered for sale are located at the Warehouse CKM and Disposal Store Fazaiya, LESCO. This procurement is conducted via a National Open Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Required documentation includes a 'Not Blacklisting Certificate' and a signed affidavit confirming the bidder's adherence to public health, safety, and environmental protection regulations throughout the waste disposal process. E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
