Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various goods and services funded by the Access to Justice Development Funds (AJDF). This government project focuses on enhancing court complexes and supporting Bar Associations through the acquisition of necessary equipment and professional services. The procurement process is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended), ensuring transparency through a formal Procurement Committee and a Complaint Redressal Committee. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The scope includes the delivery and installation of items within a specified timeline, with a mandatory one-year warranty and on-site technical support. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals manually at the District Courts complex in Mithi.
