Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Lodhran, Punjab invites interested bidders and the general public to participate in an open auction for the disposal of various unserviceable articles and scrap materials. The items categorized for auction include obsolete office furniture, broken electronic equipment, old ceiling fans, and other miscellaneous hardware items that are no longer in use by the judicial department. The auction will be held on an as-is-where-is basis within the premises of the Judicial Complex in Lodhran. Prospective participants are required to bring their original CNIC and a photocopy for registration purposes. The successful bidder must deposit the entire bid amount on the spot upon final acceptance of the bid, along with any applicable government taxes. Failure to make the immediate payment will lead to the disqualification of the bid and re-auction of the items. The office reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction proceedings without prior notice. The public auction is scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026.
