Women University Swabi invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and supply of high-quality IT equipment under Tender No. WUS/HEC/PSDP/2026-02. This government tender is open to well-reputed firms, companies, and authorized dealers who are registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPRA) and appear on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must register and submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. A non-refundable tender processing fee of 2,000 Rupees and 2% earnest money are required, which must be submitted in both digital and hard formats. Technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the university's committee room. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 May 2026 to address potential queries from prospective suppliers.
