Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment KP, funded by the Saudi Fund for Development (Rs. 72.292 million), invites electronic bids for the supply of machinery and equipment on a turnkey basis. The procurement covers multiple packages including Administrative and Resource room equipment, specialized tools for Physically, Visually, and Hearing Impaired children, and machinery for Tailoring, Electrical, and Mechanical trades. It also includes Furniture, Fixtures, and Kitchen utensils. Bidding follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with KP-PPRA. A 2% bid security is required. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026 at the Directorate office in Peshawar. Manual bids are strictly prohibited.
