Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of Govt. Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore, invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables, and surgical dressings for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, and authorized distributors with a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration. Bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List and provide an original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Technical bids must include comprehensive company profiles, proof of financial soundness, and relevant experience. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
