Ideas Consulting (Pvt) Ltd invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the identification and assessment phase of a School Eye Screening Program in Punjab. This project, acting on behalf of a development sector client, focuses on the health and eye care sector with an initial pilot phase targeting the Lahore District. The purpose of this EOI is to identify competent partners capable of conducting large-scale eye screenings for school-aged children, ensuring early detection and intervention for vision-related issues. Interested vendors must demonstrate technical expertise in ophthalmology or optometry services, experience in community or school-based health programs, and the logistical capacity to manage district-wide operations. Submissions will be evaluated based on the firm's profile, relevant past experience, and technical approach to the assessment. All applications must be submitted through the BrightSpyre portal by the deadline of 15 May 2026.
