OUTSOURCING OF DENTAL MATERIAL SHOP

The Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD) in Peshawar, KPK, invites sealed e-bids through the EPADS system for the outsourcing of the Dental Material Shop. This procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope method in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered with the EPADS portal. A fixed bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable. Detailed bid solicitation documents, including terms and conditions and evaluation methods, are available on the KCD and KP-PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual, post, or courier submissions will not be accepted.
