The Water and Sanitation Agency in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for extensive renovation and civil works at Pumping Station-31, located on Satiana Road within the O&M East division. This government infrastructure project, with an estimated technical sanction cost of 4.96 million Rupees and a bid cost of approximately 4.72 million Rupees, involves a wide range of civil engineering tasks. The scope of work includes dismantling rusted GI grills, earthwork excavation, cement concrete operations, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works, and high-quality brickwork. Additionally, the project covers specialized finishing tasks such as internal and external plastering, weather shield painting, and the installation of premium floor tiles and aluminum windows. Interested and eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant authorities and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 236,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR. The project follows an e-tendering process where original CDRs must be submitted manually to the Deputy Director's office before the closing time. The estimated duration for completion of all works is three months. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for the same day.
