Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Social Protection Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional firms to manage and operate its Call Center and Helpline services. This project is a critical component of the Authority's social safety net infrastructure, designed to provide information and grievance redressal for various social protection programs. The scope of work involves providing the necessary human resources, technical infrastructure, and management expertise to run a 24/7 helpline service. Eligible firms must demonstrate significant experience in call center operations, possess valid technical certifications, and be registered with the relevant tax authorities including the Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding is conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested parties can obtain the detailed bidding documents from the PSPA office during official hours. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Authority's headquarters in Lahore no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
